I have already booked my accommodations. Can you help with the rest of my trip?
We focus on creating complete itineraries rather than partial arrangements. Our trips are designed as a seamless whole, including accommodations, in-country transportation, and experiences. This helps us ensure a smooth flow, strong support on the ground, and a much better overall travel experience.
Do you organize day trips?
In most cases, no. We primarily design journeys of five days or more, as our expertise lies in building full itineraries rather than one-off excursions. On occasion there may be exceptions, so you are always welcome to inquire.
Can I receive an itemized price breakdown?
Our trips are offered as package prices that include accommodations, transportation, experiences, planning expertise, and on-the-ground support. We do not provide itemized breakdowns. Your specialist will always explain clearly what is included and excluded, but our pricing is presented as a curated package rather than as separate line items.
How long does it take to plan a custom trip?
Because each journey is personalized, the planning process usually takes at least one to two weeks. Timing can vary depending on your travel season, the complexity of the itinerary, and how many destinations are involved.
How does payment work?
To confirm a trip, we typically require a 30% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is generally due two months before travel, at which point the trip becomes fully non-refundable. For departures within two months, full non-refundable payment is usually required at booking in order to secure all services.
Do you offer travel insurance?
