Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern all travel services arranged by GA Trips (“GA Trips”, “we”, “us”). By confirming a booking, the client (“you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
GA Trips provides tailor-made travel planning and destination management services in Greece, including accommodations, transfers, and experiences. All services are provided as a complete package. Partial bookings or standalone services are not offered.
2. Booking & Contract Formation
A binding agreement is formed upon:
- Written confirmation from GA Trips, and
- Receipt of the required deposit
All services are subject to availability at the time of booking. GA Trips reserves the right to decline any booking request.
3. Payments
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm services
- The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
- Bookings made within 60 days of travel require full payment at booking
Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in automatic cancellation, with all payments retained.
4. Pricing & Currency
All prices are quoted as package rates and are not itemized, in accordance with supplier agreements.
Prices:
- Are subject to change until booking is confirmed
- May be affected by currency fluctuations, supplier increases, or tax changes
GA Trips reserves the right to adjust pricing prior to confirmation.
5. Cancellation Policy
- The deposit is strictly non-refundable
- All payments may be non-refundable depending on the supplier's terms
In the event of cancellation:
- GA Trips will attempt to recover any refundable amounts
- No guarantees are made regarding recoverability
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
6. Changes & Amendments
Any requested changes after confirmation:
- Are subject to availability
- May incur additional costs
GA Trips is not responsible for price differences resulting from modifications.
7. Third-Party Suppliers
GA Trips acts as an intermediary between clients and independent suppliers, including but not limited to:
- Hotels
- Transport providers
- Activity operators
GA Trips is not liable for:
- Acts, errors, or omissions of suppliers
- Service disruptions, delays, or cancellations
Each supplier operates under its own terms and conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GA Trips shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of enjoyment, revenue, or opportunity
- Personal injury, illness, or death resulting from third-party services
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid to GA Trips for the affected services.
9. Force Majeure
GA Trips is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Weather conditions
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Government actions or restrictions
- Pandemics or public health events
No refunds are guaranteed under force majeure circumstances.
10. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. GA Trips bears no responsibility for losses that could have been covered by insurance.

11. Flights & Transportation
Flights are not included unless explicitly stated.
Clients are responsible for:
- Booking flights
- Ensuring appropriate connection times
- Managing airline changes or cancellations
12. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Valid passports and travel documents
- Compliance with entry requirements
- Timely arrival for all scheduled services
Failure to meet these requirements does not entitle the client to a refund.
13. Health & Special Requirements
Clients must inform GA Trips in advance of:
- Medical conditions
- Mobility limitations
- Special requirements
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect service delivery and void liability.
14. Complaints
Any issues must be reported immediately during travel to allow for resolution. Failure to notify GA Trips in real time may limit the ability to investigate or provide compensation.
15. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy .
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
17. Acceptance
By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
