TERMS OF PARTICIPATION - CANCELATION POLICY
Taking part in our excursions also means automatically accepting the terms of participation:
Terms of Participation in our excursions
1. The spirit of philosophy of Greece Adventure Trips is that there is no discrimination between the participants, the order of priority (where necessary) is always kept and the spirit of teamwork and security is always kept.
2. Participation of any person in the activities / excursions means at the same time unconditional acceptance of the following terms and conditions of participation in them.
3. Is aware of the requirements and the risk of the activities in which he / she is involved, the risks involved, and that he is responsible for his / her own safety.
4. Has the necessary skills, knowledge, experience and necessary equipment to participate in activities / excursions and has taken into account the weather forecasts for the duration of the activity / excursion .
5. Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Participants aged 12-18 can enroll and participate in excursions / adventures only with the consent and accompanied by their guardian. Any and all personal information provided must be true and accurate. Greece Adventure Trips will not be responsible for any potential health risks associated with the participant's participation in any adventure / excursion. Each participant is required to judge for himself / herself whether or not his / her state of health is sufficient to participate in adventures / excursions, if necessary after consulting a physician.
6.They are enrolled as early as possible in their excursions to better organize them.
7. They pay the cost of the trip at least 5 days before departure.

12. They understand that their placement in the hotel rooms is done randomly without any specific preferences because the specificity of each room is not known.
13. 16. The hours of activities / excursions reported in the programs of each event are approximate and depend on the weather and group homogeneity.
17. The minimum number of entries is 15 (or different as stated in each activity / excursion). Please note that if the available positions are for any reason less than registrations, a priority order will be met depending on the date of the entry and the money deposited by the others who have entried will be refunded.
18. 19.The boarding and disembarking points are specific and predefined. Requests for embarkation or disembarkation to any other point that is covinient for the participant will not be accepted, even if it is on our way. This is because it is forbidden by the law to stop a rented bus at points not mentioned in his movement book.
20.Finally, the placement is only valid if the fee or deposit for participation is paid until the date we have specified and refers to the excursion. Payments after the end of the date set for each trip will NOT be accepted, even if you have delared participation by the online booking form or by email.
20. Cancelation Policy:
Τhe adventure / excursion will be canceled if the weather conditions are not met in the day (s) in the event of a strike, disaster, emergency, or even in the event of a riot / war. In the event of weather cancellation, the trip will be repeated within a reasonable time (maximum within one week and a minimum after one day). Those who had registered have their spot in place and valid. If the alternative date is not convenient than you will have to inform us and we will proceed to a full refund.
For one-day adventures / excursions, unless otherwise stated in the adventure / excursion booking page, the following apply:
- Cancellations to be received by email at [email protected] until midnight 10 days before the date of the activity / excursion will result in a 100% refund of the cost of participation paid.
- Cancellations to be received by email at [email protected] after midnight 9 days prior to the date of the activity / excursion and then non-appearance at the meeting points will entail retention of the full cost of participation paid.
For two-day or multi-day activities / excursions, unless otherwise stated in the travel package you have agreed on and that is mentioned in the invoice issued, the following apply:
- Cancellations to be received by email at [email protected] until midnight 60 days before the date of the of your trip starting date entail a 100% refund of the cost of participation paid , except for the amount of the deposit paid, which is retained for management fees. (deposit required to book a tailor made travel package is 30% of the total package cost.
- Cancellations to be received by email at [email protected] between 59 and 45 days before travel date 50% of the total trip cost will be withheld.
- Cancellations to be received by email at [email protected] after midnight 44 days before the date of your trip starting date or in case of no show at meeting points entail retention of the entire cost of participation paid.
